Who we are
HOYAO Applied Technologies (和曜應用科技股份有限公司) is a company centered on materials and applied technologies. We focus on how materials and technologies are developed, validated, and brought into real industrial contexts.
From building materials toward applied technologies
HOYAO began with a stronger materials and building focus, and is expanding into technical integration, testing and validation, industrial collaboration, and field application—placing materials within a fuller application pathway. The company was formerly registered as 和曜建材科技股份有限公司; the change to 和曜應用科技股份有限公司 was formally approved on 12 August 2026.
How we work
We connect materials development, technical validation, and industrial collaboration to turn technology directions into applications that can be tested, introduced, and advanced. Our work centers on development, testing, validation, application, integration, technical support, and industry collaboration.
The role of our Nantou base
HOYAO was selected for the 6th cohort of physical residents at the Zhongxing New Village Regional Revitalization Startup Incubator and is based in Zhongxing New Village, Nantou. The incubator was established by Taiwan’s National Development Council and is operated by the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). Nantou is one of HOYAO’s important bases at this stage for connecting material resources, research and validation, and industry collaboration.
