HOYAO is based at the Zhongxing New Village Regional Revitalization Startup Incubator and uses Nantou as an important development base at this stage—connecting local material resources, technical validation, industry collaboration, and real-world application settings.

A 2026 participatory site installation using bamboo, bamboo-fiber tableware, and plant-fiber regenerative materials at the former Taisi Bus Zhushan Station / Zhuqingting.
